I've always loved the stage and theaters. The world is a theater where all sorts of people perform together, and I think humans are like flowers. This is a photo essay by someone who thinks about such things. Maybe everyday life, and humans in general, aren't so bad after all. Saki Sohee and Kai, two women who met through a shared interest in feminism, politics, and Taiwan, have created the second issue of their magazine, "over and over magazine," based in Taiwan and Japan respectively. Their aim is to gather the small voices that inevitably exist in this dark, dystopian world and to bring about "change" within their generation. Today, "East Asia" and "Asia" are widely recognized in culture, including food, fashion, and sports, and at times we can see glimpses of solidarity that transcends nationality and race. However, can we truly "stand in solidarity" when faced with the unchangeable fact of history?
